Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2-3 day delivery aim.

Upgraded 1st Class Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class - 1 day delivery aim.

Shipped within 1-3 days - exclusions apply.

Please note that Royal mail delivery time frames are only an aim and can vary, especially during busy times of the year such as the lead up to Christmas.

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days, when ordered before 5pm GMT Mon-Friday. If your order includes items such as personalised invitations that require a proof being approved, please allow 1-3 business days for your proof and 1-3 business days once the proof is approved, if you need your order in a hurry please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we will always try our best to help.

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via Royal Mail and do not ship on UK Bank Holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.K via Royal mail 2nd class aim to arrive between 2-3 business days and those posted 1st class aim to arrive in 1 business day however these can vary and are solely dependent on Royal Mail services once shipped.
